The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to some beautiful areas like Ostuni and with easy access to other nearby places if you have a car. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and I loved that they provided fresh towels and water every day. The attention to detail was impeccable! And let me tell you, the breakfast was absolutely delicious! I also appreciated the good AC system in the rooms, which kept me cool during the warm summer nights. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area.
Everything was perfect!

no room service, no information on hotel services, no mirror in room or wardrobe, no porter, poor breakfast, restaurant closed on Mondays, dirty carpet, dirty bedspread, room vacated for over 6 hours but never made up, first course returned to kitchen 3 times - something I have never done before

We had a wonderful holiday at the hotel, the staff were great as we can't speak italian and my wife can't eat gulten, they all went out of their way to make sure food was always avlaible.
The spa is not included in the cost of the room, which could have been made clearer.

The hotel is located in a great area, which allowed us to explore the Christmas markets around easily. The room was very clean, and we enjoyed the fresh towels and the hot water provided every day. , the coffee served for breakfast was tasty.
Our experience was not so good. The staff was not friendly, and they seemed annoyed when we asked them for information.

It's well situated between Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica and other beautiful villages.
This hotel could use a renovation. The rooms are old and not really cozy. Many negative details: tv wasn't working properly, no glasses & no bottle opener in the mini-bar, no internet acces in the room, bath tub in front of the bed in the same room, the swimming-pool is not really inviting, if you want an "aperitivo", you're kindly requested to ask for it at the reception (where the choice is very limited) and not in their beautiful restaurant full of space and with a much bigger choice...breakfast is also a strange matter: you could have it outside if you're lucky enough to get one of the rare tables there but the buffet would be far away inside the hotel, otherwise you have to settle for a very hot an unwelcoming room inside (at least the buffet is in front of your table). The staff is also not the friendliest one, so I will certainly not return there.

This 4 star resort has good value for money and is in a quiet location which is also good as base for trips in nearby towns and beaches... The breakfast buffet selection is excellent. Rooms are big and with a good AC system (which is vital in the summer)
I had few drawbacks with maintenance but nothing serious... The swimming pool is good but should be cleaner and although the breakfast buffet is fab, there should be more coffee/tea around...

Lovely building. Nice atmosphere.
Pool was dirty and not in use. Strange for a summer booking. The manager was unfriendly. Day to day staff were very nice.

The service was good and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean, with nice outdoor areas. The grounds and the pool were lovely.
The spa was an expensive extra, not made clear in the advertising, and we could not invite family we'd come to see to use the pool as it was prohibitively expensive and the hotel appeared to be child-unfriendly until our last night, when there was a wedding party that prevented sleep till after 2 am. However, the fireworks at 1 am were magnificent: if only that had been the end!

The style of the building, Masseria type, is really nice.
The room are a bit old fashion and a bit decadent.

We stayed only one night and chose this hotel because of the price and distance to Brindisi airport. We were a little surprised when we arrived. The hotel looks really nice it has a very nice lounge area outside and inside. Very good restaurant.
We had to check out early (10.30) and a later check out wasn't possible.
